Grown by Hauser's Superior View Farm in Bayfield, WI. Half-sibling offspring from the UMHDI Adventure™ Series (Forager™ , Adventure™ , Cache™ , TrailRunner™, IceAge™).
Limited pollen cloud at the site. Sold with Half-Sib (HS) family IDs. As a half-sibling, expect considerable diversity in yield, nut size, plant size, and resistance to Eastern Filbert Blight.
The plants are 2'-3' tall and grown in 1-quart Proptek-28 pots for air pruning.
These plants are a great option for pollinator rows in your commercial planting.
Available starting September 15.
Plants should be planted by October 1, mulched, and a tree protector tube used to protect the plant over the first winter.
